Trick #1: get rid of the Ukrainian Navy! Why the hell do they spend so much money to defend a front that nobody's going to attack from? Not even Russia's smart enough to attack from the Black Sea!
Hell yeah, Yulia! Get rid of the draft. Volunteer armies are so much more lethal pound for pound. But if it's just the head count that you want, then by all means have a draft.

В России уже перешли на один год службы, так, что дедовщины у нас теоретически быть не может. А вот у вас да, она процветает махровым цветом.
