That kid's going somewhere. Normally kids his age are picking up a cheap electric guitar and trying to strum out an Ac/Dc song[Not that there's anything wrong with that]. The simple fact that he's even interested in bluegrass impresses me, and the songs he wrote are even more impressive. How long has he been playing? I hope he sticks with it, because if he does his name is gonna be up there with The Stanley Brothers and Flat&Scruggs.

Yeah he's amazing. He plays the mandolin too. I think he's played the mandolin for a few years and the banjo for just a few months, but he's so good at both of them. He's definitely a talented kid.
