I am also a BC survivor and was struggling with depression for about a year and a half and believed nothing can help me cause no one can change the aftermath of a mastectomy but my doctor called it situational depression and put me on 10 mg of lexapro and I have never felt better. But anyways it is great to see you back I hope you feel better and keep on riding, I wish I could.

Yay Ducky is back! I had the same sickness, I've had two weeks off school so far (with this being Easter break). Although, drugs are good.

glad to see you back!!! stop being sick! lol..hey try a mental exercize for the depression..anytime you catch yourself having a negative thought..picture a stop sign in your head..then change that thought into a positive one.. the positive thoughts will be real fake feeling at first..but after a while..your brain will do it automatically and you might feel better. :)

ah i got it, the latest slightly uplifting thing was, when i watched the movie Bolt :) and before that, the 25 episodes of 1950's twilight zone i watched in one day :) ok maybe 2 days, since i didnt watch them when i was young i have all of them spankin brand new :) ( hmm wonder if that's the correct expression) well w.b.
