@MATTlovesDRUMS as a drummer, when your playing with a band your NUMBER 1 priority is to be the time keeper and compliment what everyone is doing, not to try to do things other drummers can't and in my opinion cobus does a very good job with that in this video.

@MATTlovesDRUMS We can all have our opinions and of course yours is a valid one, however i think if you look at really any drummers you could play alot of their parts if you listened to it enough and practiced. If you watch other videos of cobus you can see he has all the skills to play drum parts you wouldn't even dream about, like paynekrunk said, he is doing what the main priority for a drummer is, KEEP TIME. leave the show off licks and playing things others cant to drum solos.
