Jeff Garber is the lead singer and main songwriter in National Skyline. He was never in HUM. He was the lead singer in Castor. Jeff Dimpsey, bass player in HUM, originally started National Skyline in 1996. Garber has since become the driving force behind the project.

The leader singer of National Skyline used to be in the 90's rock band called HUM. I highly recommend people checking out HUM if you like this band. You'll probably remember their song 'Stars', which was a huge hit back then.
