MILK??? Milk wouldn't really help much because of the amount of stomach irritation in a sick victm it can cause especially if it's a poisoned victm. That's why you'd only give water to the victm. However it is best to give them a carbonated drink (sparkling water is best) because some poisons can evaporate when mixed with carbonhydrates.
