@reikodraa all i said was the bilbao have tried to adopt playing football the right way, and to a great extent they have. if i were to compare them to barca and madrid, i would have to say they are closer to barca. i didnt say they were at barcas level, or that they played the exact same way, just that they are a quality side they were difficult for the champions on the day, and in matches past.

@xxbluejay21 actually it doesnt negate their style of play, in fact barca wets camp nou before every game and at half to make the ball skid and slip rather than roll and bounce. obviously the rain was more substantial but the movement of the ball would be very similar. and in fact athletic bilbao have the most similar play style to barca in la liga, and are very well respected. pep might actually coach them after barca. in other words, they are quite good. visca barca, visca catalunya
