Wow the kid is not even old enough to understand that what he's doing is wrong... I agree it's awful to do that to a cat, but did you happen to notice the adults standing around doing nothing? Any one saying that the little baby deserved what he or she got, or call the little one names are mental cannabals. If there was any one to blame it would have to be the person encouraging or not stopping the kid from throwing the kitty into the pool. Seriously, babies that young don't know any better if they aren't taught better. Same as the people who call little babies horrible names. Also, I am glad there was some body around to help the baby out. The cat could at least swim.
