No, he's not. it's just that at the time when he was really skinny, he was like that because he was depressed a lot, (it was at the time his mother died and he made the album for her "Mama") and people say he wasn't eating enough. more resent he's happier so he's gaining more wait, i find the way he looks now nice because he's cheeks chubby and it makes me want to pinch them!!!!!! He looks so cute, and sexy no matter what he's always sexy. A little weight doesn't hurt.
I don't think this performance would have been accepted in America because of the attention towards children from a grown man but I find his voice mysteriously haunting, melodic, and controlled.
This and many others around the world are not accepted in America for a simple reason that is not in English. Residing in different countries over time, I've heard many incredible musical talents that you'll never ran accross in here, do to the simple fact that they don't perform in English.

I've heard that rumor.... But I'm not too concerned on how he would be treated, it would not be like he'd stay here. He'd only visit like he did back in 2005 which I heard he did very well. ^^ Still. I hope he comes back because he missed a city that thrives on odd and astounding talents--Las Vegas!
