you know that german is the origin of the english language :D its very close to english, i don´t think it´s aweful, its just not so beautiful. why do you think its awful?

English derives from anglo-saxons.

@tylerganson Well, true as that is, it has both anglo-saxon (which was a low-german I believe) and norman roots, making it both romantic and germanic language, though usually classified as germanic.
