By the way, Rochester, Minnesota is 5 times the town Rochester, New York is. In the 1920's we already had buildings around 300 feet, and the city had 20,000 people at the time. Rochester is the fastest growing and best city in Minnesota. Roch, NY = city fail.

The architect later decided to lower to 350 ft (don't know why). Also from what I heard Rochester, NY sucks. Our healthcare is 50x better than yours will ever be. We also have a better school system, and have been said to be one other the best cities to live #1 from 93-97. Number 6 this year. Roch, NY was nowhere on the list.
