I personall think it's better to let a guilty man walk than to ruin the life of an innocent man... Either way, the victim still has to deal with the horrible occurance andit's a matter of - as harsh as it sounds - just being tough and brushing it off rather than letting it destroy you...

My heart really goes out to BOTH men and women but MORESO children that have to deal with this... THe adults I don't worry about as much to be honest...

At what point does he deal with the other 40%? Even if we were to grant everything he said (and we shouldn't) he still leaves hundreds of thousands of cases of actual rape. Also if there was no such thing as rape than the first woman who "lied" about being raped would have done something completly unrecognizable. So yeah, he is an absurdly wicked and rotten mental defective.

Unbelievable. By his logic there is no such thing as any violent crime or crimes against property. You say I stole your car and sold it to a chop shop? Pfffftt!!! Defense lawyers are compelled by ethics to represent the interests of their client with a rigorous defense. Since the state has the upper hand in criminal trials, they are allowed leeway (within limitations) to achieve that end
