i was just thinking about how many people say 'why isn't nathan famous'. nathan's a regular guy with a job and a family, who, having spent a couple hours doing this film back in 2001, has been now been seen over 670,000 times and had mountains of accolades showered upon him. to me that means he *is* famous. moral of the story: the next regular ordinary person next to you on the bus may be a genius too.

A bass in a band has to do much more and is much more important then a solo guitarist, even though most people don't think so... A solo guitar only has to pay attention to himself, bass has to pay attention to everyone playing and still make the whole thing rock.. And solo bass is even harder to make it sound like no instrument is missing in the mix..
