Having a singer that is atleast a little bit different from the herd, however subtle, is really a lost art these days. It doesn't take much to not be a stupid copycat singer but almost no one these days seems to care enough about it to even bother trying to sound atleast a little bit unique or a little bit fresh. People don't mix it up enough anymore.

I think they all skipped that lesson.

This vocalist is refreshing. It's not rap/talking, it's not metal/growling, and it's not emo/whining.

Cool, I'm glad you approve. You guys sound fine. It might not be extreme enough or fancy enough for some people but it gets the job done. Atleast you all don't have to dress in black or do death growls or sing like emos. Thanks for being a little more normal. Normalness these days is extremely rare it seems. Yeah alot of bands these days just try too hard to measure up to alot of different stuff that is all too new and modern and they all just end up sounding the same as eachother from one band to the next to where you can't tell one band from the next. They're called poseurs and they label all of their lame and heartless same-ish sounding music with stupid subgenre labels. No style at all. It's like the difference between following a recipe book poorly verses someone who really is a good cook.
