  • seeing Zepagain for my 3rd time tonight at the Coach House in San Juan, CA. I think they sound so good! They are kind of a Zeppelin for a younger generation, you know, give us a chance to see live Zeppelin music. At least thats what I think.

  • best led zeppelin tribute band of all time

  • Are you serious? How cheap can you get? He pulled that violen solo exactly off the SRTS film. Seriously? That's so crap. Get a life, and make your own music instead of copying something that's already been done. CREATIVITY. If you just copy something that's already been done, how do you ever get any better? This is a joke, I'm ashamed that as a Zeppelin fan that jimmy page has to listen to fakes like these. It's disgusting.

  • Well, Jimmy Page himself went to the House of Blues in Hollywood to check these guys out and really liked them. So much so, that he wanted to meet them ater the show, Go to their website for pictures if you dont believe me.

  • Anybody that says that this wanna be zeppelin cover band is "almost as good as Led Zeppelin themselves" needs therapy. Please, give me a break. You are no where near calling yourself a Zeppelin fan!!!

  • maybe you should see them live instead of watching a youtube video. saw them yesterday and they were amazing.

  • w00t u rock!

  • Theyre pretty good

  • MY CROSS CONNECTION BAND saw this band in Anaheim and in Indio and they've got it dialed in. The only other tribute band that hits this close is the Fab Four. Thanks for the show in Indio Guys. Look forward to seeing you again when you're in this area.

  • too slow.

  • I saw these dudes today, almost as good as Led Zep themselves *from what i saw*, they put on an AWESEOME show, You guys rock.

    (Hermosa Beach festival 4.23.2009)

  • a bit slower than the original but still a great cover!

  • what type of les paul do you play?

    amp?

    effects?

  • I'm not the one who posted the video, but I'm the guitarist, so I can answer you:

    That's a 2006 LP Standard, 50's neck. I also have a 2002 Classic 60's reissue, and a 1978 Black Beauty LP Custom.

My amp here is a Mojave Coyote (mojaveampworks-dot-com)

For the bow stuff, I've got an Ibanez Tube Screamer, Small Stone Phaser and Boss Giga Delay on, with some Cry Baby wah pedal as well.

    Thanks for the comments!

    -Steve Z

  • hey man i saw u play in i think 06 or 07 in solana beach california for a free concert..... amazing

  • where did you get the suit, if it was custom how much was it. oh yeah, you should get the satin white one Jimmy used in 77'

  • Well, actually, I (the grl who shot this video, that is, not the guitarist) made the suit myself... watched Zep videos over and over again in order to draw the sketches for it from scratch and it took months to do the hand sewing, beading and painting; but I didn't charge anything but continued friendship :-) -- but, yeah, would cost a FORTUNE to have made at a costume shop (way too much detail!) Steve does also have that white one, now - wears it for their special 1977 tour shows!

  • Any chance you could make me the vest Jimmy Page wears in the 1970 concert at the Royal Albert Hall? I really dig it! I'm going to be seeing Led Zepagain at Romanos on Saturday

  • haha - considering I'd probably be a great-grandma before I'd ever finish knitting that (or anything else requiring actual knitting skills :-), I think I should probably very politely decline that job, but is it okay if I show my empty-handed face at Romano's this Saturday, anyway? blush blush ;-)

  • yeah i want that too, i really want the white satin one though

  • hey what pickups are you using, pretty close i believe he used burstbucker pro's and a marshall 1959slp modded with kt88 tubes

  • AWESOME. almost identical to the performance in 'song remains the same'

  • the guitarist looks exactly like jimmy

  • o thought he was jimmy page till i looked at the info box

  • it is

  • wait no just kidding

  • He even shredded his bow like Jimmy.

  • nobody does it better then you know who...

  • I've seen these guys in Bosnia and Germany and they ROCK

  • fair play

  • Gracias Zosocat por este video.

    Oswald from Argentina...

  • i wonder....is the lead guitarist doped like jimmy would be?

  • aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • i have seen these guys in tucson arizona and in california and they rock

  • the guitar player looks like he's choking himself with his les paul.he needs to wear it slung alot lower.

  • No not like Page..only one Jimmy boys!!!

  • WOW! he got the sound.

  • I could almost swear he's the real jimmy

  • i just saw them yesterday in tijuana

    it was amazing!!!

  • ohhhhh im going to see them tomorrow

  • he forgot to the LaVey's four bodies in one devil spin. oh well, great bow solo...

  • fantastic! the bassist even has the same energy as john paul jones. And by that he I mean he just kind of stands there.

  • Wrong drum line.

  • That was dead on - nice.

  • yimmi Pager

  • way better than Lez Zeppelin

  • Awesome! I may never get to see the real Zeppelin again, but I'd like to see Led Zepagain!

  • lol

  • Saw these guys at Palookaville in Santa Cruz years ago. They were superb!

  • of course the bow rips, you idiots that think any one else other than john bonham got to play with jimmy page is a fuckin idiot in the highest degree!! there was only 1 Led Zep and that included john bonham....why do you think you dont have any new Led Zep songs....doh!!..fuckin uneducated idiots!!

  • you are an idiot in the highest degree.....you must have a masters!

  • they released an album after bonhams death, it's called Coda...

  • the bow rips ha

  • of course the bow rips all the strings on mine riped out last week having it for a short 3 months

  • yeah i know mine get toasted within a month

  • holy shit for a second there i thought it really was jimmy! but then i was like in 2007? thats not right lol

amazing job ive never heard such a good cover of them especially this bow solo :)

  • they actually played at my school Rosemead High, It was pretty crazy!

  • This is not good. It's too slow, the tone is not good, etc ...

  • They are terrible. Old 80's rockers just trying to make money because they failed in music. Lame

  • yawn.. if i was the drummer.. id be doing the crossword.

  • Well...this is truly amazing. For the first seconds I'm like "what is LZ doing at the Whiskey in 2007, this can't be right". This guy moves exactly like Jimmy Page down to the slightest nuance. I wonder how long it took to practice that. And look, it's John Bonham sitting in the back. WOW.

  • Page holds the bow a little different

  • hurts my hands holding it the way page holds it

  • that's because page's hands weren't real. they were both cut off in a boating accident when he was only 7 months old, somehow before they could make it to hospital he regrew both of them. that's right, he regrew both hands like a starfish or a lizard. no one ever questioned it until now, until YOU

  • if he regrew them back they would be real, idiot.

  • ok i dont want to do anything aligal but i will commit brutal homicide just to see them play!!

  • this is cool, i appreciate the effort, whish i was there...........

  • YEAH!!!!! Best bow cover I've seen yet.

  • ''jimi page'' looks a bit fat :D

  • i jus saw them last night in galveston they were really good

  • galveston, oh galveston....

  • really nice!

  • i went to a cover band lez zepellin....gthey were good too

  • Were they an all female band?

  • very well done on the bow solo

  • Led Zepagain is an amazing LZ cover band. Not only do most of them look like LZ but in some ways, I think musically they are better. The drummer looks like John Bonham and he is incredible!! I almost passed out when I saw these guys because they are so good. I am glad I didn't. I urge all LZ fans to check out Led Zepagain. You wont be disapointed...

  • im sure u are right but let me get this straight u said they are better musically first of all they arent their own musicians they are covering a legend in led zeppelin and you are going to say they are better musically what are u jokin no one was better musically then the mighty zeppelin

  • at least he didnt play it like the satanic ritual like jimmy since im catholic lol

  • Is this in Tucson?

because if it was i was there...

  • wow thats allmost like zeppelin man zeps my fav band id love 2 doo something like that ima drummer

  • que niedo esto spatas si estan quemadasos mucho led zeppelin miren como se han puesto

  • y is it called led zepagain i thought it was led zeppelin

  • led zepagain is a tribute band..these guys are just showing the younger generation what ledzeppelin played.i saw these guys in toronto and they were amazing.if they ever come to your home town you should go

  • some of these peoples screams are soo annoying!! but this i amazing

  • I fucken LOVE Led Zepagain! I was there that night...

  • Wow - could well be the best Led Zep tribute band on the site!!!

  • ow led zeppelin save rock en roll

  • My fuckin GOD, what's the problem wirh the fucking crowd??? Can't they just shut up??

  • I love the crowd! It was like that (but even louder!) when I saw the real Led Zeppelin in 1977. The audience just went nuts! There's just something wonderful about getting swept away by the music along with a bunch of other fans, and I'll cherish that experience forever!

  • @zosocat you are on lucky dude , man.. wish i could see zeppelin live ..but im born in wrong decades :P :(

  • @fenderguy97 don't worry - you weren't born in the wrong decade: When I'm sitting old & gray in my rocking chair, you'll be rockin' out for many more decades to come. (Maybe by then there's even be the technology to create a very true-to-life virtual-reality arena concert experience just out of old Zep footage - you just never know... :-)

  • This on a bigscreen TV....a few tokes and I'm in 70's heaven.....LOL

  • dude, ive just grown a new strain, im calling it ecg gold...you know that machine they hook up on you when your having heart palpitations...hahahah!

  • fantastic!

  • So cool, extactly like ZEP guitar sound..very fine, indeed..

    TONY ROMEIO , " SINGERGUY9977 " on youtube com

email or call if you are a ZEPPELIN tribute band

    TONYMAN at att dot net

  • can never be as good as the real thing

  • Kinda funny, but pretty cool. They obviously love the music as much as we do. Bow solo obviously simulating 1973 live version of Dazed, and guitar solo mirrors studio solo off Zep 1. Jimmy actually went to see these guys several years ago I seem to recall. What an honor for any tribute band.

  • that was very cool !

  • They will play in Lima - Peru on the 19th of MAY!

  • You who say embarassing; these guys went/go to berklee which is probably the most prominent and credited music institution today. Hands down for them.

  • scary good.

  • garbage

    embarrassing!

  • I don't see it that way. If TSRTS was the first album you ever owned as a kid 30 years ago, and you played it to death, then you would understand why these guys are doing this.

  • for a tribute band, this is acually pretty sick..nice :)

  • Nobody...I mean NOBODY... can sound like the big Z...but somehow these guys can make me believe it temporarely... And that's more than I was ever able to say... You guys rock me out of my socks...

  • I don't even wear sock's to their concerts anymore..
