I love both Sleep by One Republic and this. They're both amazing.

This has a less creepy feel and a more saddening feel. The other one is more - "the woods at night" type of thing. This makes you want to close your eyes and get lost of what has and what could have been. I listen to THIS while I write my stories, more inspiration. =]

First song I heard by Doves was Firesuite on House. One of the best songs I've heard. And for some reason it took me forever to listen to other songs on this album. It's very very good, and reminds me of Porcupine Tree, who is very good also if you've never heard of them. Kudos to Doves.

It sounds like every album, they are trying something new, though. Lost Souls was more on the psychedelic side, The Last Broadcast was straight up cinematic dream pop, Some Cities had a spit of Americana in a few songs but maintained their signature dream sound, and Kingdom or Rust is peppered with more electronics, especially on "Jetstream". So, perhaps, it isn't good to compare one album to the next anyway.
