try to keep your stick straight up and down. it gives you a faster reaction time. and i agree with all the people that said get a deeper pocket. try 12 diamond mesh too

Nice vid, but i also suggest that you try to catch it in your net, so make ur pocket deeper cuz all of ur blocks cept for 3 or 4 were bouncing off, and that gives the other team a chance to score

well my best advice to work during the offseason, since just practicing during the season isnt always enough. Also go to camps they help a ton.
