Takes two watches to read and understand the jargon, maybe the voice-over needs to sum it up a bit more concisely. It's difficult to read one thing and hear another.
Also, the woman listing and 'cutting' the conditions doesn't seem to have an order to things - why is she jumping up and down the list? Also, she magically highlights the 'monetary' one at the end.
That said - shocking, shocking material.
