"Lux Aurumque" by Eric Whitacre - Wind Conducting Final Project

In my freshman year, Our band had the opportunity to perform this piece for our Spring concert. I was A euphonium player and played the "Euphonium 1" part. I looked at it and I was like, "Wow, easy much?" Once we sight read it, I had chills all over, It was the most amazing feeling I had while being a musician. One of my favorite pieces to perform :)

at 2:41 to me the most beautiful part is the low brass parts...the octave jumps...AMAZING!!! played this with an ensemble and we had 7-8 well talented tubas...yea it was freakin orgasmic hearin that part!!!
