it depends on how complex you want your creature to be, it can be as quick as 30minutes to as much as 5hours or more, for simple ones its quick coz you are provided with a torso, add a mouth eyes and legs plus arms if you like and u have a basic walking creature, then u can paint and tweak it more even after saving it already. have fun!
