I used to hate the snipers because quick scoping wasn't realistic, but then I thought, what is realistic about COD? Troops going into war don't get a selection of perks and they don't instantly respawn when they're killed. It's a game so it should be played like a game.

I used to think that CoD should be realistic but then I realised it's CoD and not realistic at all. You run around with a knife stabbing people, run with a sniper, run with a massive machine gun, you could get shot several times and just heal in a few seconds and you can stand in the middle of an airstrike and survive. CoD's more like an arcade game. People try to get the best score and try to look the best :P.

Games are fun because they aren't real. Quick scoping is fun as you put your self on the console at an disadvantage if you use a bolt action but you can get awesome kills.
