See, it's not Patrick Dempsey per se. It's Derek Shepherd. The character, the man, who is willing to go through all the pain just for a hug, a brush of her hair, a smile. More than his kisses, it's the look in his eyes that will shake your world inside out.
Of course, Dempsey playing Shepherd didn't hurt as well. =)
