oh and about flash i dont think anyone can ever explain how to use it on paper (aka typing)
look up on "how to animate in flash" videos on YT and if youre only about to paint, then just add 3 layers (ya dont have to name them) and start with the characters. you should draw the characters on the layer thats on the top (its L.3 for me). then, draw BG objects (if needed) on L.2 and on the end draw the BG on the 1st layER. hope i made a point
