I see so many reviews in forums & some vids on YT saying Beats Audio doesn't make a difference with the sound from these notebooks, but the idiots don't realize you have to set a sound profile in the program & actually TURN ON Beats, lol!! *Sigh* Dumb reviewers! Beats makes a TON of difference... I <3 my HP 2011 dv7t! (= Amazing notebook! Thanks HP!

People have to remember that when you put quality to quality, there's a difference, but quality to inferior just doesn't show anything. For a laptop, this has to be the best speakers I've seen, it certainly gives MAC a challenge in speaker quality for sure, perhaps better than MAC speakers, which i to have listened with.

@Kenneth2890 I love it! I make videos all the time so it really helps when you're trying to get a certain sound just right. everything is crystal clear and the bass is perfect. wouldn't have it any other way... unless they made it even better somehow....

@NonisMonster Not sure if you already researched it on your own, but it's basically a mix of the senses.

Some people may see sound as a specific color, or they may experience sound as a flavor.

Me, I see emotion as a color and feel specific sounds as a shape or motion.

Its pretty crazy istening to techno and actually believing that there are shapes flying past you in sync with each sound :P

I don't have this laptop but I have dv7 Pavilion with Beats audio , and I must say that it sounds crystal clear sound , you hear everything from high frequency to low's the bass is very deep in low hz , I don't wanna get too technical let's just say that if you are a hardcore audiophile and love music , or have interest in becoming a dj. Then this is it hp envy or pavilion with beats audio will do.
