very nice video. I do agree that some of it is a bit too literal with the narrative, the key for instance was just a bit too obvious. But, bearing in mind you made it when you were 17, its pretty impressive.

(Oh you can redo the audio by just downoading the file from youtube and editing the audio but its barely worth it. If people are that desperate they can listen to the song.. its about the video)

Okay, part two (sorry): The stop motion part at the start seems out of place, and personally, I would LOVED to have seen this done as an all stop motion film. It looks cluttered when you mix two different styles for no reason.

Otherwise, it's a great fanmade video, and I'm sure your next one will be even better!

i see what you're saying but i wasn't really trying to make like a real music video type thing...it was more of me just experimenting in my room at like four in the morning. :D

and i tried it without the background sounds and it just looked weird so i kept them in.

and about doing the whole thing in stop motion. well that would have taken a very long time and well, like i said, it was four in the morning. hahah.

Regarding the stop motion; It's actually easier to achieve than you might think, or rather, the illusion is easier to achieve. Try, if you have time, going into some kind of video editing software, and removing every second or third frame, and then slowing the video down by a few FPS. Play with it.

First of all; Turn off the sound in your videos, for goodness' sake! It just sounds unprofessional when you've got scrapings and bangings cutting right through the music.

Anyway, it's an interesting video, and pretty well done. When it comes to making music videos, try not to take the song literally. That's a mistake a lot of video makers, erm, make. Don't parrot the music with the video; take liberties when you're creating a visualisation of the song.
