Yes there is. I made this video from a movie called "Bloodsport". All the footage in this video is from that movie. In the final fight Chong Li throws a powder into Frank Dux eyes and blinds him temporarily. Frank continues to fight and wins the tournament. You should check the movie out again, I'm sure you'll like it.
