Ahh, yes...the whole "Crazy Super Sonic Head and Jagged Amy Head" glitch...I don't know how do fix it, but I'm pretty sure it's somewhere within their head coding. Most likely it's the cutscene portion because that's the only time it happens. Hopefully it'll get fixed soon...
I'd expect these kind of glitches from a scratched disc.
The music during the flood battle was very fitting ^_^
