I think if it doesn't work it's because you added too much liquid... I just made it and it didn't work very well but I added more than a tblspn of water to get it to that "taffy" feeling. I just reboiled it and added more sugar, I hope that will fix it. xP

@KayKay12287 you can do without. and the the composition must be different. But with honey it will less pain than without. coz i've tried both of methods.

the wax may be really good- but your instructions were horribly un-detailed and left a lot of room for error thus wasting ingredients and time.1)specify that the water is not apart of the mix, it should be dumped 2)specify heating levels for all ingredient.

@oshnahama it actually did if you notice on the first part of the video it says boil a cup of water to make sure that the pot is clean and this sterilizes the pot, i dont know what to explain to that anymore as it clearly says the purpose of the water is make sure that the pot is clean and that it sterillizes it. about the heating levels it clearly shows in the video that the mixture should be dissolve, and also has instructions on how to check if the mixture is ready. :)

@Ktmakeupfx So do you use 1 cup water, 3/4 cup sugar lemon juice, 3/4 cup honey, and that's it? Mine was not as dark as yours, was more runny and it didn't take out much hair. Do I need to cook it for longer? THX!

when I made it, it didn't really work...it didn't really pull much hair out...but I used brown sugar..is that a reason why it didn't really work that well?
