there was a little girl in my sisters class that had neuroblastoma but by the time they found it, it was too late. she was 8. at every football game for all ages that week the players gave pink roses to the players, and 8 pink balloons were released (pink was her favorite color) in her honor while they played her favorite song. they decorated her school desk with notes from her friends saying how much they would miss her, and with pink paper. it was truly touching.
