Great video from a technological stand point. Thanks for posting. I am curious though as to why (not only in this video but in all discussions about hemp as fuel and products) it always ends up with some self-destructive sh*thole bringing the discussion back to the narcotic use of Marijuana. You may not believe this, but not everyone wants to get high from hemp. Quit perpetuating the lie.

hemp and marijuana are two different things, you can't smoke hemp or get high of it. it only has traces of THC. Hemp can replace almost everything we use oil for. hemp is also cleaner to manufacture, easy to grow, you can even eat it hemp for fuck sakes. there was also a study that showed how hemp could power all of america and it would only take 6% of americas currently used farm land.

It depends on how fast you are running the engine, but a hopper full will easily run for several hours. You can put about 80 lbs of chips (4 gal gas equiv.) or 100 lbs of dense pellets (5 gal gas equiv.)
