Many people think they are twins because they are the same age, are mirror images, have the same voice provider, etc. Their creator, however, has not officially said anything as to whether or not they are twins, brother/sister, or simply completely unrelated, so it's up to each person's interpretation. The wiki page probably says they're twins because it's a popular interpretation.

@jackiemorgan17 No. Natto is written in katakana which is ナットウ. In romaji, you have typed nato but it needs to be nattou. So let's start by converting it into katakana, ナト. Now, we need to make the double 't', so what you need to do is add a small 'ッ' after the 'ナ' so it becomes ナット. But we're not done yet! Because the 'o' sound is long, you add an 'ウ' onto it that you don't pronounce. So now it's ナットウ. Hope this helped!

Wonder if they intentionally made the way Rin holds those chopsticks look like she's giving people the finger.. Though Len holding that bowl in a way that makes it look like he is giving us a "Japanese crooked finger" kinda confirms that. This song is also too dangerously catchy.
