Oh and do you know anything about good n' natural hair skin and nails vitamins? Cause i recently got those, i wanted to get the gnc version, but i live in Jamaica(the island) and it can be a bit tedious to get that here e as i have not seen it in all the stores i have checked...which were ALOT!

hey i have been watching your videos for awhile now since i had done a HUMONGOUS chop on July 15th of this month . I have almost 3 inches of hair now on my head (sigh) and i decided today to make you my hair mentor :D cause u know what your doing. Can i start blow drying yet? i want to....but i am worried my hair will look weird without the knotty coils at it's present length :(

just a small comment. if you take 3/day thats only 90pills. so if there's 120 in the bottle, then 4/day will last you 1mnth.

you need to get some of those t rex clips from sally beauty supplies..lol sorry hope i didnt make that sounds like i was telling you what to do..but yeah they come in 3 different sizes and they are great for holding extremely thick long hair..unlike a regular clip that doesnt bend on top it bends around the hair so that it can hold more hair :) hope you try them..also they are plastic..

I believe heat protectant are just to moisturize..and prepare your hair so the heat wont take all the moisture out your hair causing less breakage and of coure heat damage

silcone and its derivatives (all __ -cones) dimethicone, simethicone etc. are the heat protectants. hth

I am currently transitioning from relaxed to natural. As you know, the winter air has a harsh effect on black hair. I'm glad you posted this because I can't find that VO5 anywhere. Where do you purchase yours? And speaking of brushes do you have or use the Denman brush? I have been hearing a lot of naturals rave about it. Sorry if I'm asking questions you have already answered. Cute braids!

I got the v05 from rite aid way back. I have a denman paddle brush and I like that for damp hair, but I rarely use it because I feel like I get the least breakage with a comb and they're easier to clean out lol.

If I didn't have the denman, let's just say that I wouldn't be sad ;*)

I just take a regular multivitamin, vitamin C, Omega 3 6 9 and garlic capsules for shedding but I am going to invest in some horsetail silica capsules again soon.. i honestly have gotten an inch of new growth from those before :)
