hand to hand combat is COMPLETELY different from sports cage fighting- in real life, a fight (at least when the guy knows what he is doing) lasts a few seconds- if it lasts more than that, it is because the fighters are likely to be punk brawlers. these sports fighters have it easy- they train 3-5 hours a day, get a massage, eat tons of food every 2 or 3 hours- try being a soldier buddy, no sleep- non stop. It very well may be. I have always thought of diversity of ethnic backgrounds to be socially beneficial. But multiculturalism, in my view, tends toward the elevation or equanimity among numerous cultures to make the PC crowd feel good...and it always backfires. Just look at England. Enoch Powell was right. Their immigration policy was slow but certain suicide.

hand to hand combat is COMPLETELY different from sports cage fighting- in real life, a fight (at least when the guy knows what he is doing) lasts a few seconds- if it lasts more than that, it is because the fighters are likely to be punk brawlers. these sports fighters have it easy- they train 3-5 hours a day, get a massage, eat tons of food every 2 or 3 hours- try being a soldier buddy, no sleep- non stop. Putin wouldnt last in the ufc- you are right, but that means for shit in the street.

I was a ground pounder Army Reservist who was well trained in martial arts before I joined. Later I became an acitve duty Warrant Officer as a helo pilot. I'm not saying Putin can't kick ass. Even when he was young I seriously doubt any KGB could beat a UFC fighter. UFC train everyday on various martial arts.KGB don't just concentrate on martial arts.They do marksmen training,explosives,interdiction,espionage,linguistics, My point is they just don't concentrate strictly on martial arts.
