  • A genius. He speaks the language of truth. Truth exists because of life. Once you have lied you have forget existence.

  • PLease give us part 2-13! Om shanti

  • I've never really been impressed with Ramm Dass but this is not too bad.

  • The Glass Bead Game. (Hesse)

  • I call it a nonsence and far, far away from buddha mind. Sir, you use words about something which can't be expressed and explained by words. Throw away your clever labirynts of thinking and return to mind before thinking. This is your true state, simple and easy. Open eyes and see. Open ears and hear. Sky , snow, trees, clouds, people, birds, dogs and cats. What is your favourite meal? Do you like ice cream? I like banana-chocolad ice cream. I like also green tea, macha or Tibetan one with salt.

  • @dtseringdorje ram dass is speaking a modern day buddha tongue

  • @quaecky Enlightened Masters say that true Buddha has no form. So how can He have a tongue?

  • @dtseringdorje modern day buddhist monk tongue

  • @quaecky Answere me, but quickly: What is The Buddha? If you open your mouth it won't do. Close your mouth and stay silent, that won't do, either. You must not use your mindto answere. Use your body!!!

Ram Dass is a great teacher, but his teaching is like trying to hit the moon by a short stick. Hurricane Irene is coming. What can you do to save yourself?

  • I LOVE YOU RAM DASS!!! I LOVE YOU BROTHER!

  • what is this?

  • "He that teaches those that do not want to hear is performing an immoral act. And, beside, they can't hear it anyway..." or another way of saying"never sing to pigs it annoys the pigs and makes you look foolish" or "do not cast your pearls amongst swine"

  • where can i find more

  • @rbwade88 p2p? or better yet: "youtube" breath inside breath, actually it's my fourth recent fav [first due to internal machinations;-]... it's much better, more recent and refined, though it may be out of order in comprehending yourself on the example of ram dass. it always somehow is "tangentially orthogonal"-}

  • I was left quite intrigued. I'm sure the rest is here, somewhere.

  • I would love to see the rest of this. Will you be posting them?? I adore this man and his teachings. Thank you sooo much!!

  • it's Doctor Tim!

  • is there any relation between video and audio. Someone please tell. I could not get. Thanks.

  • @srrimsh It looks like a life simulation

  • If this is 1/13

where are the other 12 parts?

    Thanks

  • @Charlie666XZ If you get what he says in the first 2:12 you dont even need all of part one. Once you have watched the video you can forget the video.

  • this is available on itunes store.

  • I too beg of you to post more, please.

  • ever been to be here now and laters land?

  • Yes, please post all of it.

  • medicinal

  • sooner rather than later, please ;)

  • great movie

and whats the setting for the game?

i was playing with it earlier

  • see the description box... it's one of "presets" that come with the program used.

  • golly

  • For inspiration and a photo of Maharaji reading Be Here Now, youtube, 'In Your Hand There Lies A Jewel - 11 A.D.'

  • This is great. Anyone remember the rules for each generation of that game "life" that is the visuals?

  • thrilos 13. In the book by Ram Dass on or around pg. 114 Ram Dass talks about Budda figured out the human mind computes 17 trillion facts in a moment 2,500 years ago. before he wrote THE ONLY DANCE THERE IS a NOBEL PRIZE WINNER concluded the SAME THING USING SOME ELECTRICAL GAGETS. but just think we can see light, which means we can perceive faster than light years, meditate on that. It is mind boggling that we sit on these computers when it is all here for us in the blink of an EYE. NAMASTE.

  • THRILOS 13, WOW, YOU R YOUNG! This man caused many awakenings in the 60's, 70's, even now, most book stores have Be Here Now, by Baba Ram Dass. The same truth in his books are in your true self. I recall reading or hearing drug use was a stumbling block for him. Near the back is a glossary look there for meanings of Hindu words. Also read Edgar Tolle. Love, on your journey and welcome to NOW. My dream is to meet both Ram Dass (Dr. Richard Alpert) and (also read) Dr. Wayne Dwyer. NAMASTE.

  • Thanks man, I will definitely look into it...however, where can I find this exact talk? - the audio, not the book.

  • Where can I find the rest of this beautiful talk?

I heard this in my grade 11 world religions class, and have yet to find the full thing...SOMEONE HELP!

    this man is a genius

  • i'm gonna go on and say... not one sentiment can encapsulate human experience, get hindu about it... be in your in your family, those of us that understand, can act within our bounds. self-realization... ram dass + maslow + everybody's interp.= best possible outcome.

  • "All paths lead to the same place" If only we could all understand that-we could live in so much peace. Thank-you baba ram dass!

  • The visuals are unrelated to Ram Dass' talk ( which i

first heard more than 30 years ago), but that's OK.

  • Cool CA. I dn´t know you could do much more than the well known spaceship. The big () fabric is very amazing, how did someone invented it?

  • no idea ;) i'm not that deep into CA. probably "programmable" trial and error.

you can "glance" lot more if you install that app. i think it has windos binary, too.

  • "and i got my PhD primarily out of fear" ... I would trade all my fucking teachers for this guy!

    Anytime!!

  • so when/will the rest make its way to the tube?

  • I'm not sure the visuals work. I like the idea of fractals, or maybe a color kaleidescope sequence.

You need something organic and meditative to evoke the state of receptivity to the words.

  • true, but i'm sort of glad it came to CA not fractals or other nicey patters. actually, i think, it does good job of reinforcing the message of seeing life as a trip in most spiritually scientific way and yet agnostic: that emergence of intelligent life does not entail any intelligence behind simple rules that govern it. watch as it goes almost as if with some purpose! ;)

  • Well, I, for one, am looking forward to the rest of the lecture.

  • I totaly dont understand this =/

  • well, there isn't much yet to understand. it's only 1/12th of the whole talk...

what exactly was the problem, beside discontinuity of the lack of the rest of context?
