@mradaChris as mentioned the patient was hoarse. The patient was an amateur singer. The voice returned to normal

@NoseMD That is amazing that the voice came back ok. I would expect there to be scar tissue which would have affected the sound or quality of the person's singing voice.
this video makes me fear ever getting a polyp in my vocal chords
