Do people often have a problem forgetting where they parked their cycle? Cycling looks like a great way to see the Netherlands ! I live in New Zealand, sometimes people come here for a cycling holiday, BAD IDEA !!! The New Zealand roads are very dangerous, and there are basically no separate cycle lanes.

I saw many red saddles and some yellow ones at the on street parking near the central station. Maybe you know why? Does it have to do with bikes parked too long or something?

@patrickoudejans No that is advertising on sadle covers. They protect against a wet saddle and are widely used as a gift to advertise on. They are put on the bikes while the bikes are parked.

The Netherlands are the comple opposite of the US of Fat. Most cyclist are motorist on bicycles. Motorist break every single traffic law.

Bicycle paths in the North are not cleared of snow and on-steet bike lanes are where snow from main lanes are plowed to. It is very much like living in WWII Germany - US is very fascist

It gets old being asked if I get cold during the winter.. It seems people never heard of a coat and gloves.

I wish I had have been born over there...
