Yes, I can say that. The information about the level of heroin in Kurt's body says that he was murdered. You do not need to know 100% of the facts. That fact alone says he was not able to pull the trigger.
I do have a life. Don't be ridiculous. You don't need to know someone to know whether or not a crime has been committed.
Unless you can show documented proof of someone having Kurt's heroin level being able to do anything after injection, I will not stop trying to get his case reopened.

If you look at a copy of the note, you can see there are no jagged edges from being torn out of anything. And placemats are larger than sheets of notebook paper.
And just because someone says something doesn't mean it's true. All those "biographies" are not autobiographies... Kurt didn't write any of them.
