The speaker for example. The other announcers did the exact same thing when playing this footage. Of course you never heard about the clusterbombing of Gori on RT. Check the criticism part on Wikipedia's article on them. It's totally in sync with how they covered the South Ossetian conflict; Selective omission, POV-pushing. In its defense of course, Russia has very little freedom of the press, so RT is not unique in that sense.
