e30 is the most beautiful car ever build. in germany there are a lot of them still driving, if you compare for example with vw golf of that age, which was sold much more but can hard be seen on the streets anymore.

I love my E30! It's my first car, and I've had it for almost 6 years with over 300k miles on the engine. I've put a lot of blood, sweat, time, and paychecks into it.

It's a part of me. Old friends recognize me somewhere and ask if I'm "still driving that BMW".

I first saw this commercial on tv with one of my best friends who owns a tuned E30 and a '99 e36 M3. Both of us have been BMW fanatics since gradeschool.

It's actually a 330Ci, and the film was a BMW produced short, "The Follow" which was originally a part of an internet only promotion campaign ("The Hire" series starring Clive Owen where top directors made some very good short films featuring BMW's. I believe Wong Kar Wai directed "The Follow".
