I totally agree with you on that! Why else would she wear such a revealing outfit (even if it was the uniform, she could have modiified it more modestly if she wanted to) to the lesbian club and not leaned in practically shoving her breasts in Janes face, in which Jane's glance lingered a little too long for it to be strictly an accident. Or the way Jane gave Maura the once over while Maura was leading her to her table at the club.
