Please remember that this isn't the FIRST spa. It is the first HOTEL spa. There are several ladies only gyms in Riyadh that have spa facilities . Many of the local employers have their own facilities as well, not to mention hospitals who have attached gym/spa facilities. What about Al Manahal in the DQ, Specialized Medical Centre Hospital and others have health services with their gym and spas?

Well, as someone who has been taught to erase my ethnic accent so I could speak with a proper English accent, I feel the loss of my culture. I feel that I am being erased. So, it is touchy for me. I am very happy to meet people who are comfortable with their ethnicity, and the accents that come along witht that.
