Could've been a lot better if they had used juxtaposition like the original... it makes it seem that much heavier if you start off softer, instead of full throttle the whole way through. Awesome cover anyway, but there's room for improvement.

I love Nightwish. I love Tarot, and I love this band. Why do I love this band? Because they cover songs with a "F@CK YOU" attitude. They don't give a crap if it's good or not, they cover it to cover it. Personally? I can't stand Bon Jovi. They made it more enjoyable for me. My opinion though.

I like Bon Jovi, I admit, BUT these four guys from Northern Kings are just AMAZING. And oh, all of them have their own bands, that are NOT cover bands... Try to search for Tarot and Sonata Arctica, just as an example :)

Could've been a lot better if they had used juxtaposition like the original... it makes it seem that much heavier if you start off softer, instead of full throttle the whole way through. Awesome cover anyway, but there's room for improvement.

This song isn't a cover, it's a "come on, let's take Dead or Alive's lyrics and put riffs and noise all over it".
Sorry, but i prefer the original. And i love Metal, but this band is just...awful. I listened to Kiss from a Rose and almost puked.

You're too attached to the classics and don't want any of it to change, but that's what a cover is SUPPOSED to do. If you don't like that, don't listen to covers, every one of them will piss you off. I didn't expect it to stay around the same chord for as long in the first part of the verses but I kinda like it now. I love these guys but trying to be objective this is a much better cover than atreyu's 'you give love a bad name' cover. That one just ruined the song, this more pays homage don't you think?

I love Nightwish. I love Tarot, and I love this band. Why do I love this band? Because they cover songs with a "F@CK YOU" attitude. They don't give a crap if it's good or not, they cover it to cover it. Personally? I can't stand Bon Jovi. They made it more enjoyable for me. My opinion though.

they aren't covers they're re-imaginings, power metal versions of classic songs only the lyrics stay the same and sum phrases but in general the music is completely different

Just because Bon Jovi is a symbol of the 80's Hard Rock, doesn't mean Hietala, Ahola, Leppalluotto or Kakko are inferior. Actually, their technique is far above Jon Bon Jovi. I like Bon Jovi, I admit, BUT these four guys from Northern Kings are just AMAZING. And oh, all of them have their own bands, that are NOT cover bands... Try to search for Tarot and Sonata Arctica, just as an example :)
