@5inchfootlong k well if the ball comes out behind you, you have it too far back closer to the ground... and the ball is supposed to stay in the pocket until you follow through..unless your saying that it's hitting the ground. if its hitting the ground when it comes out right away you have WAY too much whip. ask someone on your team to string it for you that knows how to do it WELL

im a varsity attackman and mostly a ripper so what i do is grip right up on the top of the shaft by the head and wind up with my top hand and whip my hand down while shooting it gives me a 70+ mph shot which isnt bad for placment

Actually the over, 3/4, sidearm thing was tested by MCLA mag and sidearm was fastest but by far the least accurate, It's easier to incorporate more of your core rotating on a horizontal axis but the release point is a bit sporadic
