how did you doing that with the shadow by here hair, i am starting, but i don't now how to make good shadows. Did you now a good video where they tell good and show how to use shadow on a draw in phototshop 6.0 i have that photoshop too ^^

@Shinku1594 I'm not sure how I did that, this video's fairly old, and my shading style's changed since then, but I think I used the fuzzy brush and the solid brush to do the shadows on her hair. I'll be making a tutorial soon, but I'm sure there's a video on here somewhere to explain how to do that.

Btw, did Photoshop Elements 8 come with you're tablet? Because I have the same tablet as you, but my tablet came with Corel Painter Essentials 4...

@RisaMitsuko Actually, mine came with Elements 6. But I already had it before, so I just used the extra copy for my other computer. But I also got the Corel Painter Essentials, but I don't really use it.

that looks hard. when you erase the extra colors out if the lines, do you have to be careful not to erase the black lines, or the black doesn't erase?

@narutofanyamab Depending how you have your layers arranged, the black lines won't erase. You put your lineart in a transparent layer, and you put all the colors in other layers underneath it, so they won't affect the lining.

@narutofanyamab Not really. The only way it can be troublesome is how your lineart is, and if you have your layers arranged properly. Also, with a tablet, you can use pressure sensitivity, which really helps out.

@narutofanyamab Well, you can download it, or you can buy it from an electronics store. Either way, it's still going to cost. My version only costed $99, but if you want the more advanced program, like CS4 or CS5, it's probably going to range to about $300 or more.

@narutofanyamab Lol, I don't blame you. There is a program called GIMP, but it doesn't work that well. It still works to a certain degree though, and the version I got was free.
