I wouldn't call enslavement by the Europeans and Arabs in 1492 a 'war.' Enslavement as they knew it back then was something entirely different than what we know of it today. Africans lent themselves to the practice of slavery b/c it was a young person's business. They would learn a skill set from a family and then earn membership to that family. It was not a shameful thing and there was no mistreatment to aspiring members of the family. But the greed of the foreigners changed ideas of slavery.

There are more then 12 Olmec heads found in various sizes but still a lot of them are gigantic. The heads shows features of men from all over the world such as: African, Japanese, European, Native American, Asian Indian, Polynesian and so on. Because they were found in one place and they were made thousands of years ago some scholars belief this is the proof of an advanced civilization which existed thousandths years ago and interacted with each other on peaceful manner and shared 1 religion.

It is said he was upset to see the face of a black man on the lion body and tried to change it to cover that up. Who knows? I don't think any of these have sole characteristics of one group but the Olmec appear to be maybe the root group responsible for what later became the separate and more distinct Chinese, Japanese, Korean and African. It is sad that no heads exist showing the hair. Hair would really help to distinquish some features.

You have to be careful claiming superficial aspects of statues are definite claims for a certain racial group, especially one as far off as Africans. Take a look at the heads on Easter Island, no one looks like that, they were just aesthetic pieces of art, probably like these statues. You'll see these things throughout history, not every Greek was ripped to shreds, just their idea of beauty was a man ripped to shreds.
