My Bestiary and Caves Guide lists ALL items and where precisely and how to obtain each. Strong Vine is obtained by using the Inquisitive Waltz on Blessia Island. It is NOT dropped by any Monster.

The locations shown in the video are locations where specific rare fish definitely can be found but you may catch the same Fish elsewhere... Rare means that the chances are fairly slim, but they do exist.
You cannot delete your original Farm Tools or their upgrades. I suspect it is in storage somewhere. As far as trading is concerned, the message board on IGN allows players to post their codes and you'll find a lot of people who would be willing to trade with you. Note that a Rune Blade is a trade upgrade.

Salmon IS caught in Messhina Valley. It is not the most common fish, however. I suggest the screen with the bridge that leads to the Shrine as there is a Save Point there. Save your game and if you don't catch Salmon after awhile, simply reload and try again.

Yes, Dorothy will call you by your father's name and tell you she is so glad that YOU have returned. With over 420,000 words in the game, it's a huge amount of text and you have to expect a few small text incongruities.
You cannot choose the appearance of your character although you can change outfits int he 2nd Generation. 1st Generation character always is male. You can choose whether the child in the
2nd Generation is male or female. The 1st Generation ends when you have a baby AND build the school. It therefore can last as long as you delay these actions. ALL of these questions are answered in detail in my Guides for Rune Factory 2.
Icytaytay, yes, this information is in my Guides. Actually, you can visit Cherry Blossom Square to use the stairway that leads south to the village but stay away from the entrance to the School to avoid the Event.
If you look at my channel, you will see a video about the entrrance to Palermo Shrine as well as links to my page where my Guides describe it step by step. Ask Byron to build a last floor for your Monster Barn. The Entrance to the Shrine is there, a great hole in the ground.
I believe the wedding outfit is available from the start of the 2nd generation. At least it was in my game. The Monster Outfit is one of the prizes for winning the Monster Taming Contest: Chipsqueek for the girl and Wooly for the boy.
the guy gets the ummm I forgot but the sheep thingy like monster thats gives you fur, you win the taming contest and the guy gets the custome and when you become a "boyfriend" you get the wedding one.

MissBest, the Monster Costume doesn't DO anything. It's just an outfit that your character can wear, like the 'Nice Outfit' or the 'Handsome Armour'.
