Propaganda. All these scenes, scenarios, and ideas are being implemented into the minds of the people. Movies are no different. They capture the [minds and hearts] of the people, especially the young, with dramatic scenes and music. Emotions!
"Entertainment," is one of the biggest indoctrination tools ever conceived. Just look at how Joseph Goebbels did it during the Wiemar Republic.
This is done so the masses can more easily accept future events.
Example: Martial Law in recent films.
