Awesome video. More people should put this much thought into every day actions. If they did it would either be a better world by the current standards of what they, the majority thinks or they (the majority) would all be dead. I have always asked how god could create social morals if he was the only one. If he was the only one then how did he socialize? It is a circular question that I can't figure out. Oh yeah, he knows everything. He even knows the things he doesn't know.
Morality are delusions. Their foundation and origin (in the best of cases) are that they are on average good for reproduction of the individual living by them. However, the reason people (consciously) live by morals boils down to Hedonism. Religion also has to base it on Hedonism (fear of hell, social stigma f ex) to make people adopt them and therefore God is irrelevant to morals even if he created it.
I would think reproduction would be what it was all about even if I was dead sure that there was a God like the most credulous people imagine and disobeying meant you get punished in hell or you would get rewarded for obeying and even rewarded and punished for having or lacking faith in this life by him controlling random chance and fate. Even then, reproducing would be the true arbiter, not God of your actions and following God tantamount to sin.
Great video. I've often been irritated by the prevalent implicit assumption that some people are more equal than others.
