Certainly it is an folk band from Estonia. It could be Seto language singers (located east of Tartu city) or just old Estonian. There are many fenno-ugric tribes live in Estonia. Estonians are one of them. I am from other side of Estonia, I understand most of their songs, but there are local tribe differences in their speech. Offical Estonian comes from North-Estonia, but there a lot of local speach differenses in different areas of Estonia.

I have search and i think it is Estland but i can dont say more..i think so because the is a äe and no A with a point over but i dont now it...but it is wounderfull.
