You mean the forms, eh? I know what you mean. I used to have a lot of trouble with them too, until I saw these vids. Just watch over them a few times, and you'll get the hang of it.

this is the part i hate about taekwondo, i have many troubles with this part, maybe memoritation, i dont know xD
